Through
the work of the Lord, Brandon is involved in Non-Formal theological education and
discipleship. He disciples and equips Guatemalan pastors so that they can more
effectively fulfill the Great Commission by proclaiming the gospel and training
up believers to serve in Guatemala and also cross-culturally as missionaries to
other countries. The education is non-formal in that it does not take place at
a seminary, but is instead very practical, hands on training, dealing with
issues pastors face every day. The goal is to train the pastors so that they
can then train other pastors, who can then train and disciple others. Brandon
preaches and teaches and meets individually with pastors to encourage and equip
them and serves with a team of other CAM missionaries for part of the training.
Brandon is also helping to set up extension courses from SETECA (a Guatemalan
Seminary) so that pastors can receive higher education without needing to leave
the churches God has called them to shepherd.

Jenny
is mommy to our 3 children and runs our home. She serves weekly at an orphanage
doing crafts and teaching children ages 6-16, including precious special needs
orphans. She also leads a weekly Bible study in
our home and is currently
teaching a How to Study the Bible
course with 15 ladies attending. The goal as
well with this is to teach these
ladies how to teach so that they can multiply the training.
